Impacta Consulting provides tailored strategic and operational support based on each organisation’s objectives, context, capacity and desired impact.
Fees are calculated according to the scope of work, level of responsibility, complexity, preparation required and duration of the assignment.
Impacta Consulting offers tailored strategic and operational support, with consultancy rates starting from €450 per day, plus a 6% operating and administrative fee.

High-complexity or high-responsibility assignments

- Urgent or particularly intensive assignments
The final rate is confirmed in the proposal before the beginning of the collaboration.
Short assignments
Hourly consultation
From €75 per hour + 6%
Half-day consultancy
From €275 + 6%
A half day includes up to 3.5 working hours.
Full consultancy day
From €450 + 6%
Total minimum daily fee including the 6% charge: €477
Project-based pricing
For clearly defined assignments, Impacta may provide a fixed project fee based on the estimated number of consultancy days, expected deliverables and level of responsibility.

Rapid review or organisational assessment
From €900 + 6%
Typically includes document review, one or two consultation meetings and a concise set of recommendations.
Strategy development project
From €2,250 + 6%
Typically includes assessment, stakeholder consultations, strategic recommendations, an implementation framework and final presentation.
Comprehensive strategy and implementation support
From €4,500 + 6%
Typically includes strategy development, tools and templates, stakeholder engagement, implementation planning and ongoing advisory support.
End-to-end organisational or programme development project
Quoted individually according to scope, duration, number of stakeholders and expected deliverables.
Monthly advisory retainers
Retainers are suitable for organisations requiring regular access to strategic and operational support.
Essential Advisory – 2 days per month

Growth Support – 4 days per month

Strategic Partner – 8 days per month

Unused days do not normally roll over unless otherwise agreed. Additional days are invoiced separately at the agreed daily rate.
Workshops, training and facilitation
Workshop and training fees reflect both delivery time and the preparation required.
These prices include preparation, adaptation of materials and delivery. Venue, travel, accommodation, catering, printing and technical costs are quoted separately.
Events, Ceremonies, moderation and public speaking
Quoted according to the event format, size, location, stakeholders, production requirements and level of responsibility.
Additional conditions
Travel, accommodation, venue, production, printing, translation, software, subcontractor and other external costs are not included unless explicitly stated in the proposal.
Travel time may be invoiced at up to 50% of the agreed daily rate.
Work requested during weekends, public holidays or with exceptionally short notice may be subject to an additional fee of 25%.
Assignments requiring a turnaround of less than five working days may be subject to an urgency surcharge.
Payments are on a monthly basis after issuing of the receipt.
Fixed project fees and monthly retainers are available depending on the scope, duration and level of support required. Each proposal is developed around the organisation’s specific context, priorities and desired impact.
Pricing and quotation validity

Each assignment will be subject to a tailored written quotation reflecting the agreed scope of work, deliverables, timeline, level of responsibility, applicable fees, expenses and payment conditions.
Only the final written quotation issued by Impacta Consulting and accepted by the client will be considered valid and binding. In the event of any discrepancy, the terms and prices included in the accepted quotation will prevail over any indicative prices published on the website, in presentations or in other promotional materials.
